The GEMAPILEN SPB SERIES has been developed for Non-Woven (Spunbond) masks, surgical gowns, bonnets, etc. applications. These products strengthen the physical and mechanical values of the final product thanks to the special polymer and mineral filler used in their content.
The GEMABIO SERIES bioplastic compounds offer environmentally friendly solutions in extrusion bottles, cream boxes, combs, toothbrushes, etc. and also add aesthetic value to hygiene and personal care products in terms of aesthetics. The GEMABiO SERIES bioplastics compounds comply with EN 13432 and ASTM D 6400 standards and have an “OK COMPOST INDUSTRIAL” certificate. The bio-based carbon content of our products has been determined according to EN 16640 and ASTM D 6866 standards and certified as “OK BIOBASED”.
