GEMAPILEN® BS CPMF1
Gemapilen BS CP MF1 series has been designed to provide silence to the pipe in pipe extrusion applications. BS CP MF1 series, which is especially used for the production of waste water pipes, provides high density values and perfect silence thanks to the barium sulfate it contains. It can be formulated with many side strengthening agents such as impact resistant, UV stabilized, heat stabilized according to the desired properties.
GEMAPILEN® BS CP MF5/MF12
Gemapilen BS CP MF5/MF12 series are designed for fittings/pipe fittings applications. It is an alternative product especially for the production of waste water pipes fittings. Thanks to the barium sulfate it contains, it provides high density and mechanical values. It can be produced with 10% to 70% barium sulphate filled. It can be formulated with many side strengthening agents such as impact resistant, UV stabilized, antistatic according to the desired properties.
Thanks to the special additives and Barium Sulphate in its content, it gives the final product rigidity, hardness and a tough structure with the high density provided by barium sulfate. Compared to Unfilled Polypropylene, it has higher heat resistance and lower mold shrinkage. Reinforced products such as PP Homopolymer and Copolymer can be produced upon request.
