GEMAPILEN® BS CPMF1

The Gemapilen BS CP MF1 series has been specifically designed to provide noise reduction in pipe-in-pipe extrusion applications. Primarily used in the production of wastewater pipes, the Gemapilen BS CP MF1 series ensures high density and excellent sound insulation thanks to the barium sulfate content. It can be further formulated with reinforcing agents such as impact modifiers, UV stabilizers, and heat stabilizers according to the desired properties.

GEMAPILEN® BS CP MF5 / MF12

The Gemapilen BS CP MF5/MF12 series is designed for fittings and pipe fitting applications, serving as an alternative product particularly for wastewater pipe fittings. With 10% to 70% barium sulfate filling, this series provides high density and enhanced mechanical properties. It can also be formulated with additives such as impact modifiers, UV stabilizers, and antistatic agents to meet specific requirements.

Thanks to its special additives and barium sulfate content, the final product gains rigidity, hardness, and a tough structure, along with the high density provided by barium sulfate. Compared to unfilled polypropylene, it offers higher heat resistance and reduced mold shrinkage. Upon request, reinforced products based on PP homopolymer or copolymer can also be produced.
