Calcium Carbonate Filled Polypropylene
GEMAPILEN® EK
The Gemapilen EK series consists of polypropylene compounds filled with 10% to 50% calcium carbonate. They can be manufactured using homopolymer, copolymer, or impact-modified bases. Gemapilen EK can also be tailored with a wide range of additives such as UV stabilizers, antistatic agents, flame retardants, surface treatments, and many other modifiers to meet specific requirements. The incorporation of calcium carbonate and special additives provides enhanced rigidity, hardness, and strength to the final product.
The Gemapilen EK series is suitable for both injection and extrusion applications, including automotive, white goods, plastic furniture, pipes, and more.
