Pipe Fittings Applications

The GEMAPILEN® BS CP MF5/MF12 Series is specifically engineered for pipe fittings applications, providing a high-performance alternative particularly for the production of wastewater pipe fittings. With 10% to 70% barium sulfate filling, this series delivers superior density and mechanical strength.

Formulated with special additives and barium sulfate, BS CP MF5/MF12 imparts rigidity, hardness, and a tough structure to the final product. Compared to unfilled polypropylene, it offers higher heat resistance and lower mold shrinkage. Additionally, reinforced products such as PP Homopolymer and Copolymer can be manufactured upon request.
