Spunbond Nonwoven Applications

The GEMAPILEN® SPB Series is a special mineral–based masterbatch specifically formulated for nonwoven Spunbond applications. Containing a high percentage of ultra-fine, surface-treated minerals, it is suitable for a wide range of nonwoven processes.

Depending on application needs:

• Used at 2–5% wt. as a mineral additive
• Used at 7–18% wt. for extender properties
