GEMAPILEN® FK Series

Raffia & Thermoforming Applications

The GEMAPILEN® FK Series consists of 50% to 80% calcium carbonate (CaCO₃)–filled polypropylene masterbatches, offered as an off-the-shelf solution for PP raffia and thermoforming applications.

  • In raffia applications, it can be blended with PP at levels of up to 25%, depending on requirements.
  • In thermoforming applications, it can be blended with PP at up to 30%, depending on the sheet thickness.
