GEMATILEN® BK HD Series

Excellent Performance & Cost Efficiency

The GEMATILEN® BK HD Series is an off-the-shelf filler masterbatch, containing 50% to 80% calcium carbonate (CaCO₃) in an HDPE-based formulation. It has been specifically engineered for extrusion, injection moulding, and blow moulding applications.

GEMATILEN® BK HD can be blended with LDPE, HDPE, MDPE, and LLDPE at levels of up to 40%, depending on application requirements.
